Without darkness, there is no light

One might think that creating a great lighting solution just revolves around putting up enough light fixtures, but in reality, it is just as important to know when not to. When it might be a better idea to create a darker area, when more light actually destroys and takes away from the intended atmosphere.

Often it´s counterintuitive to understand why there dont seems to be enough light

Using the wrong types of light fixtures can sometimes result in a situation where the more lights you put up, the less you actually see. It´s simple biology really, If you get blinded, your eyes react with restricting your pupils, letting less light in, resulting in you seeing less. Having lights that are well shielded are key to avoiding this.
